Internet Explorer - популярный браузер, разработанный корпорацией
Microsoft. В браузере Internet Explorer реализован удобный интерфейс,
схожий по дизайну с интерфейсом операционной системы Windows Vista.
Кроме того, браузер поддерживает так называемые табы (вкладки), имеется
поддержка RSS-каналов новостей. В Internet Explorer отдельное внимание
уделяется безопасности, присутствует защита от фишинга, защитный режим
просмотра веб-страниц. В браузере имеются быстрые команды (Activities),
которые доступны из контекстного меню. Они позволяют проводить поиск,
отправку сообщений по почте, перевод текста на другой язык и т.д.
Появилась возможность восстановления после сбоя. Internet Explorer
теперь в случае аварийного закрытия будет запоминать, какие вкладки
были открыты, и открывать их после запуска. В программе реализовано
несколько интересных функций: InPrivate - функция для анонимного
посещения веб-сайтов. Позволяет просматривать интернет-страницы не
оставляя и не записывая никакие идентификационные данные (история
посещения веб-страниц, cookie и тому подобные элементы не сохраняются).
Функция Favorites Bar – измененная панель "Ссылки". На нее можно
помещать не только ссылки, но и RSS-ленты, ярлыки на документы Word,
Excel и PowerPoint.
Internet
Explorer 8 takes the Web experience beyond the page and introduces a

primarily for Web developers and designers to test the new tools,
